Last week we launched a petition asking for John Morton, the Director of ICE, to be fired because of his agencies role in going after the family of 
an activist. Today we have more of the same news; yesterday ICE retaliated against a detained man, Luis de la Cruz
ICE: Why Are You Retaliating Against Luis?!
Within 2-hours of Luis filing a medical complaint he was moved to another facility! Luis is suffering and needs to be released immediately:
- He has a urinary infection;
- He has been urinating blood since November;
- He’s been placed on a diaper 24/7;
- He’s been asking to see a therapist for 2-months now, but is only being prescribed anti-depressants
This should not be happening to anyone, especially someone detained by ICE who has no choice at seeking alternative medical care.
